*THE PROPERTY*

This newly-updated vacation rental has an open floor plan that way your family and friends can enjoy time together. The kitchen includes updated appliances and is complete with all the cooking ware you'll need to make home-cooked meals while on vacation.  It has a breakfast bar with bar stool seating for 4. The living room is beautifully decorated with coastal and bright hues. The den features a flat-screen TV and a double sliding door out to the outdoor patio. Enjoy a cocktail by the pool in one of the sun loungers or use the grill to have a BBQ and have dinner outside while you savor every moment in Naples. The master bedroom includes a Queen-size bed and a private bath with a newly renovated shower and single vanity. The second bedroom has a full bathroom with plenty of room for toiletries on a single vanity. The house features a den that has a 2 twin pull-out beds. Take pleasure in sipping your coffee out by the pool deck, or at the breakfast bar. This property is spacious but also private for your family's comfort.

*CLEANING PROTOCOL*

Here at Naples Florida Vacation Homes, we not only professionally manage our vacation rentals, we professionally clean them too! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here's what other measures we're taking:

- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rentals, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.

- We're providing extra cleaning supplies in the rentals if you want to do some extra cleaning upon your arrival. Hand soap is also provided at every sink!

- All of our sheets and towels are laundered off-site in our own commercial laundry facility which we control. We're using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.

- Just to be overly cautious, our team has been instructed to limit in-person contact with all guests. We've switched to video chats and phone calls!

*CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT*

- Check-in time is 3 pm. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.

- Check out time is 10 am.

- No need to check in like a hotel, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

*WHAT IS INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL*

Welcome Basket

Every rental receives a welcome gift basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started.  Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc. Several copies of our vacation guide are provided to give you ideas on places you can enjoy visiting while in Naples. Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, lip balm, note pads, etc. A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage. Hand soap is also provided at every sink. The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.  

Toiletries

In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included. 

Cleaning Supplies

Also, while there is generally a broom, dustpan, and vacuum available at each vacation rental, we do not provide cleaning supplies and cleaning tools at our vacation rentals. Your vacation rental will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  Mid-stay cleans can be arranged through our office for an additional charge.

Bed Linens

A set of sheets, pillows, and a bedspread is provided for each and every bed in your vacation rental. When you arrive, the bed will be nicely made up of commercially laundered linens. We do not provide a second set of sheets or extra blankets. Most properties come with two pillows per person per bed (variances do occur from time to time and are not guaranteed). The blankets on the beds provide adequate warmth for most visitors on the vast majority of days in Naples. On occasion, you may also find additional blankets folded on the shelves in the closets. Guests are encouraged to make use of blankets already in the property or purchase or bring their own extra blankets to suit their own comfort. 

Towels

One bath towel, one beach/pool towel, and one washcloth are provided for each guest in accordance with the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental unit. One bath mat and one hand towel are provided per bathroom. For the kitchen, two kitchen towels, washcloths, and oven mitts are provided in each rental.  

Sleeper Sofa Linens

If you are renting a property that has a full or queen-sized sleeper sofa, we will provide a sleeper sofa pack that includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a quilted blanket. The beds have plenty of pillows so please grab a pillow from a nearby bedroom for use on the sleeper sofa. Change of Linens Every vacation rental comes with a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to launder linens themselves in the unit. Additional linens or a change of linens are available by request and at an additional charge. 

Kitchen Gear

Our kitchens are equipped with a variety of items generally used for simple everyday light meal preparation. Small appliances will always include a coffee maker and a toaster. Some of our owners provide additional small appliances like an electric kettle for boiling water and a blender. If there is something additional you would like to have please purchase it yourself. If you don't want to take it home with you, leave a note on it and our team will gladly donate it to a resale shop that supports a local charity. Small appliances will always include a coffee maker and a toaster.
