Completely refreshed in crisp, cool tones and textures, *Wave Hello* is a vacation home which perfectly reflects 30A beach life! With 3 king bedrooms – 2 of which have ensuite bathroom - no one makes sacrifices! On the top floor, the kids get the coolest bunk room around with an octopus mural, wet bar for sodas and snacks, and the best Gulf view in the house!! With a total of 4-bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms (Sleeps 14), this is the perfect house for your large beach vacation group.

Located in the popular Summer's Edge neighborhood in Seagrove Beach, FL, you will be welcomed by the scenic beaches of 30A. Upon arrival at *Wave Hello*, you will be delighted to find views of the Gulf from the balconies off the living room and third-floor tower room. Relax on the front porch swing and listen to the sounds of the ocean.

As you enter the first floor, the soothing neutral décor of the house has a warm beachy vibe and the walls showcase art hand selected from local artists. Guests enjoy a king master bedroom with ensuite, featuring dual vanities with granite counters and a large walk-in shower, as well as an additional king bedroom which shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom with a bunk room that has a twin over a double bunk bed with an additional twin trundle bed.  

On the second floor, the open-concept living area is the perfect place to gather. Just grab a bowl of popcorn and watch a movie on the 60-inch HD television. Show off your chef skills in this fully equipped kitchen which includes stainless steel appliances granite countertops, and is the ideal place to fix snacks for the beach, whip up lunches or cook some fresh local seafood. The dining table seats 8, or you can snack and relax in the adjacent balcony area! You'll also find a powder room on this floor, conveniently-located off the kitchen area.

The second floor also features a lovely king bedroom, with a desk area and a large ensuite bathroom with a glamorous chandelier and soaking tub, in addition to the large walk-in shower stall and double vanity area. 

On the third floor, the bunk room is too much fun! Four more twin bunk beds sit atop the home, with an awesome balcony view for everyone to enjoy!

The best part of *Wave Hello* is the proximity to the beach. The beach boardwalk is steps away from your front door. Take a morning stroll on that soft white sand and breathe in the fresh salt air. Later, you can build sandcastles with the kids or try paddle boarding. When you are ready, cool off in the community pool which is a great place to sit back and soak up the Florida sunshine. Guests enjoy 4 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, and a gas grill!

Wave Hello is just down the road from the legendary beach town of Seaside; a magical place with fun activities, exquisite dining, and trendy shopping. * RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY *

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, lost/damaged bikes or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350 (up to $700 during spring break).
