With four adult bedrooms (3 king beds and 1 queen) plus a bonus bunk room, *The Sugar Palm House* comfortably sleeps 12. Each bedroom is prettier than the next and four full baths complement the spaces nicely. Several have vaulted ceilings for a dose of drama, and all have wall mounted TVs including the bunk room!  Marble backsplash and countertops plus Frigidaire Professional appliances offer a well-stocked kitchen with ample island and table seating in this open concept plan.  Dining options extend into the outdoors with a screened porch for alfresco dining and 3 other porches, including a commercial size stainless steel refrigerator/freezer combo. Accents of rattan, rope, natural fiber, whitewash, and shiplap contribute to the Florida vacation state of mind. A pretty double porch swing offers a great spot to simply unwind, and an outdoor shower is just around the side of the house!

In addition to the new hand-selected furnishings, the towels and linens are 100% premium cotton. Four (4) adult bikes are included, as is access to community pool which is one door down. * RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY *

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, lost/damaged bikes or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $500 ($1000 during spring break).
