This is how small-space living should be done: with style and substance! Guests enjoy the ultimate couples retreat, on the south side of 30A with a community pool and private beach access!

The bright, airy condo features a queen bed with 100% cotton linens, and end tables with lamps on each side. Two comfy chairs are at the foot of the bed, along with a table in the middle to set down drinks while hanging out or watching the brand new Smart TV.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with a brand new range with stove and cooktop and vent hood above. A dishwasher makes clean-up easy! Enjoy the (nearly!) full-sized fridge with freezer as well as a dedicated ice maker. Guests also enjoy a full-sized washer and dryer, as well as a microwave, toaster & coffee maker to round out a great list of amenities which show the care these owners put into the guest experience!

Just steps away from pristine emerald waters and sugar sand beaches, *Sand's Getaway* guests also enjoy a quick walk to private beach access and a community pool. This property offers guests generous extras, like 2 FREE BIKES!

*RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY:*

•  A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

•  Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.

•  Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date

•  We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards

•  Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-10 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, lost/damaged bikes or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $100 ($300 during spring break).

•  Cleaning fee is $125

CHECK IN IS 4:00PM and CHECK OUT IS BY 10:00AM

Upon check out, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancelation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers.
