Hiker House* is a delightful, airy 4-bedroom, 3.5 bath home (Sleeps 13) in Seagrove Beach, located in the charming 30A beach community of Greenway Park!! Leave the stress of everyday life behind and make memories for years to come! Three porches, 2 living rooms, a bunk room for the kids, and 3 Master Suites are all yours, along with a 6-Seater Golf Cart available for use to get you to and from the beach!

*Hiker House* features coastal décor, hardwood floors throughout, and an open-concept floor plan perfect for entertaining. Upon entering, it's clear you're somewhere special, with 10-foot ceilings, crown moulding and Carrara marble counters. The first-floor living area is a stylish mix of sandy shades of wood and fabrics, bring the beach vibe inside. The fully-equipped kitchen sparkles with a gorgeous bar area and chandelier fixture above, as well as everything the home chef needs to cook for the whole group. Enjoy the extra special touches, like a 5-burner gas stove, a Nespresso machine and a wine refrigerator. A half bath is also a handy addition to the living area as well.

The first floor also features a king master suite with a SmartTV and an ensuite bathroom with a shower/bath combo, dual vanities and a separate seated make-up area.

On the second floor, there is an additional open living area for relaxing, which has a sofabed, if needed, to accommodate 2 additional guests (13 maximum total). The bedrooms are on opposite sides of the living area, with a king master suite on each side, and an additional bunk room which can sleep 5 more guests (4 bunks and 1 trundle)! The king suite near the bunk room (which shares a hallway bath) has its own private balcony with two Adirondack chairs. 

*Hiker House * is perfectly located across the street from the resort-style swimming pool which evokes a tropical feel with swaying palms, a gazebo and lounge area, and is heated in the early spring and fall….perfect for an afternoon barbecue with the whole gang!

Greenway Park is a new community of coastal beach cottages accented with upscale touches, just minutes from the iconic white sand beaches of 30A. Greenway Park is near Eastern Lake (which flows into the Gulf) & Point Washington State Park, perfect for launching paddle boards, kayaking and nature hikes! This neighborhood features a community pool, gazebo, and walking trails. Enjoy dining at local favorites The Perfect Pig, Steamboat Grill, Old Florida Fish House or Café 30A.

Explore Timpoochee Trail, a 19-mile paved pedestrian and bike path that runs along 30A from Dune Allen Beach to Rosemary Beach. Highway 30A is lined with eclectic villages, shopping opportunities, golf courses, lakes, and thousands of acres of protected habitats like the one aligning the Greenway Park neighborhood. Seaside is ONLY 2 miles to the west…a fantastic destination, most widely known for being featured in the Truman Show with Jim Carrey. Rosemary Beach is only 4 miles to the East.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $500.00
Cleaning fee is $325 + Covid-19 Disinfecting Surcharge of $55 ($449 for stays that are 3 weeks or longer)
