Bask in the dazzling views of the white sugar sandy beaches and emerald green waters, from your top-floor balcony! Located in the Legacy building on the fourth floor, the condo features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 2,300 square feet, *Beach Clarification* has space for everyone! 

As you enter the property, guests are greeted by cool, pale grey interior décor and a large open-concept living area, which extends out to the balcony and its spectacular gulf vistas. The living area has a fully-equipped chef's kitchen with the slick clean look of quartz countertops and stainless steel appliances. The breakfast bar sets 5, and the dining table seats 6 more. A wet bar with a long marble counter area is located across from the kitchen, so the cocktail master in your group can have their own space to whip up some fabulous beverages for the group!

The living room features high-quality furnishings for relaxing in style, and a Smart TV for cozy nights at home, listening to the waves in the background. The balcony can be accessed via the sliding glass doors, and there is ample seating outside, either for morning coffee, afternoon drinks, or a full dinner in the evening. 

The generous master king suite at *Beach Clarification* faces the gulf and has access to the balcony and calming, emerald water views, as well as rich dark wood furnishings. The ensuite bathroom boasts a dual vanity area with marble countertops, and a walk-in shower stall plus a soaking tub. 

Down the hall is an additional king guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower stall, as well as a queen guest bedroom with a full Jack-and-Jill bathroom that is shared with the bunk room, which sleeps an additional 4 guests in twin beds. All 100% cotton 316 thread count linens and 100% combed ring-spun cotton towels.

Downstairs, guests can enjoy the sparkling Legacy community pool, or use the walkover to private beach access – you'll be lounging on the sugar sand beaches in just minutes! This property offers guests additional extras, including 4 FREE bikes!! The property also includes parking for two guest vehicles. 

Located 1 mile east of Seaside, on 30A, Legacy is centrally-located and within walking or biking distance of numerous dining, shopping and entertainment options. If you want to relax and enjoy beautiful beaches in a tranquil setting then you've come to the right place. Enjoy long walks on one of 30A's many walking paths or beautiful white beaches.

* RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY *

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
Security deposits are due via credit card, 14 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350 ($500 during spring break).

*CHECK IN is 5:00PM and CHECK OUT is by 9:00AM.*

Upon check out, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancellation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers.
