*The Hidden Gem* is a brand new, 1-story home, located in the *Treetop at Seacrest Beach* community, adjacent to the gate that joins Seacrest Beach and Treetop. Treetop at Seacrest Beach is a gated community with entrances on 30A and Highway 98, deeded beach access and a community pool. This quaint, secluded neighborhood is nestled between Alys and Rosemary Beach offers privacy and is walking distance to all the shops and restaurants at Seacrest Beach, Alys and Rosemary Beach!

The home has 5-bedrooms, 4.5 baths, and is 2.043 sq ft. The gourmet kitchen is equipped with a 35" Verona range, Viking refrigerator, dishwasher. quartz countertops and decorative tile. It is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. The kitchen opens to the dining and living room, with plenty of seating at the table and in the living room for everyone! Relax and watch your favorite team on the 70" Flat screen TV in the Living room.

Right off the living room at *The Hidden Gem* is the large covered screened-in porch! It's the perfect place for entertaining with custom cabinets, grill and a 60" flat screen TV!! Outside guests will also enjoy a new enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water to wash off the sand from the beach.

In addition to the neighborhood pool and deeded beach access nearby (with a shuttle running from Spring Break to Labor Day), the shops and restaurants of Seacrest Beach and Rosemary Beach are walking / biking distance, where you can rent bikes, grab a cup of coffee, browse the shops and enjoy an ice cream cone. Kids love to scour the candy shop at least once during the week! There are also award-winning restaurants within walking distance, for everyone! Don't miss Charlie's donut truck in Alys Beach which offers gourmet donuts until they are sold out.

Treetop at Seacrest Beach is only 10 minutes from world renowned Seaside and Watercolor communities. Biking trails, tennis courts, Golf courses are only a short drive. A 30-mile walk, jog, bike trail is at your doorstep. You can rent YOLO boards, kayaks, go fishing, boating, visit one of the nearby State parks, shop at the outlets, take in a show, visit a Spa, or have a bonfire set up on the beach. Just ten minutes down the road is Pier Park -- the premier shopping destination for the entire Emerald Coast. Pier Park boasts a beautiful 16-theatreGrand Cineplex and 1.1 million square feet of open-air shopping, attractions and luxury dining. You can enjoy the many restaurants or sip a coffee at the Pier Park Starbuck's. Or watch the sun set from the pier and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville! There's also a Target and Wal-Mart store for anything you might have forgotten.

*RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY:*

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $500.00 (up to $1000 during spring break weeks)
Cleaning fee is $399 ($499 for stays that are 2 weeks or longer)
No Non-Family Groups, Parties or Events (Family Stays Only)

When booking with us you can obtain a code to receive a 15% discount off Bike Rentals, paddle boards, baby items, beach gear, golf carts* and just about anything you need. *Golf cart rentals are not always eligible for discount.

Upon checking out when booking online,* you have the option to add trip insurance*. The coverage has a list of cancellation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers. Trip insurance can be added at time of booking or on final payment (60 days prior to check in).  14 days after trip insurance has been purchased, it is non-cancellable.
