Ocean View Oasis is located in *Seacrest Beach*, FL on the *SOUTH side of 30A in a GATED, GULF FRONT community WITH PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS*. The home offers the perfect place for a multigenerational family or multiple families vacationing together. Boasting 10 beautiful bedrooms and 10.5 bathrooms, comfortably sleeping 32 guests.  The luxurious backyard includes a PRIVATE pool, which can be heated for an additional $45/day, hot tub and dining area.

The first floor consists of an open concept living room, dining area and gourmet kitchen along with 3 guest bedrooms, including the Master Suite. There is also an ELEVATOR which goes up to the 4th floor!!

Gather in the home's main living level on the second floor, which features a spacious, open floor plan and a wonderful flow between the Chef's kitchen, dining room and living room. The kitchen boasts high-end appliances and is fully stocked! The 2nd floor also features 3 guest bedrooms and 2 balconies.

On the third floor, you will find an additional 4 bedrooms and a smaller living area with Queen Sleeper Sofa.  Wonder up to the 4th floor for lots of fun!! Including a game of foosball, two (2) video games and a home theatre with a 120" screen with surround sound! Catch a sunrise or sunset on the 4th floor sun deck for incredible views of the Gulf, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach!

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.
Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-10 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $1,000 ($2000 during spring break).

*POOL - HEATED BY REQUEST is an additional charge at $45/day*

*Parties, weddings, or events held at the property MUST BE PRE-APPROVED, in writing, by Paradise Beach Rentals. Otherwise guests will be subject to HOA, Community and other associated fines.

*CHECK IN is 5:00PM and CHECK OUT is by 10:00AM.*

* Fireplace is not for guest use.

When booking with us you can obtain a code to receive a 15% discount off Bike Rentals, paddle boards, baby items, beach gear, golf carts* and just about anything you need. *Golf cart rentals not eligible for discount during peak season.

Upon check out, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancellation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers.
