Nestled into a peaceful, wooded lot on a private road in Magnolia Cottages by the Sea off 30A, *Fetch the Waves* is your dog-friendly beach home for up to 9 guests! 

This 3 bedroom, 3 bath home is two doors down from the community pool, plus guests also have access to the private beach!! Fetch The Waves guests enjoy all the extra free goodies: 4 adult bikes, a beach wagon, 6 back-pack beach chairs and 2 umbrellas!

As guests enter the property, they'll be immediately greeted by the highlight of *Fetch the Waves*: a screened-in front porch with plenty of comfortable seating and colorful cushions. This porch is the ultimate hang-out for the whole family!

Entering into the home itself, guests are welcomed by warm hardwood floors, a large seating area and a 60" 4K Smart TV for the whole group to gather around and relax after a hard day of vacationing! The dining area features seating for 6 and the kitchen bar area adds 3 more seats. 

The kitchen is fully-equipped for the home chef in your group, with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances. The washer and dryer are tucked away in a closet off the kitchen.

Also located on the first floor is a king bedroom and ensuite bathroom, with a large counter area and shower/tub combo. The kids will enjoy the bunk room, which sleeps up to 5 guests, with a twin over a full bunk bed, and a twin daybed with a trundle. The bunk room has access to hallway bathroom, with a large walk-in shower stall. 

Upstairs at *Fetch the Waves*, the king master suite awaits! A large, lovely master bedroom upstairs has plenty of room to spread out, with a large closet, club chair and ottoman seating area, 60" Smart TV, book case and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom boasts double sinks and a shower/tub combo. But there's more! The bedroom and bathroom both open up to a large, private furnished deck area – just for the upstairs king suite! A great place to read or have a quiet moment of zen with a morning coffee.

Ready to explore? The Hub is only 1.5 miles to the west on 30A with shopping, restaurants and family entertainment. Alys Beach and Rosemary is 2 miles to the East along 30A. Along with the area's sugar white beaches and emerald green waters, the 30A corridor offers everything for everyone. Walk, bike or run along the 18 mile Timpoochee Trail, paddle board on Western Lake among the "famous" pines, explore one of 3 state parks, or simply peruse the nearby communities of Seaside, Prominence, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach. 

Need more? Head west towards Sandestin and find Silver Sands Premium Outlets (110 Outlet stores to chose from!) and Grand Boulevard for more shopping, dining and a 10 screen cineplex with 3D & jumbo digital screens, including the Ovation Room that offers full service food and drink service to guests over 21. Or head 10 miles to the east to Pier Park with tons of shopping, restaurants and another Movie theater.

*RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY*

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 10-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350 ($700 during spring break)
Cleaning fee is $249 ($329 for stays that are 3 weeks or longer)
When booking with us you can obtain a code to receive a 15% discount off additional Bike Rentals, paddle boards, baby items, beach gear, golf carts and just about anything you need to rent during your stay
The Non-Refundable Pet fee is $150
