The ultimate beach getaway for 10 awaits you here at *Lifeguard Loop*! This two-story home offers something for everyone, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, including a master suite on each floor, a private heated pool, a screened-in porch, free bikes, beach chairs and so many extras to delight everyone! 

Upon entering the home, guests are welcomed into a vibrant living and kitchen area, colorful and comfortable - perfect for everyone in the family, even your furry friend! The kitchen is an open concept, with full-sized appliances and all the supplies guests need to cook for the whole group.

As you walk through the living room, you continue on to the dining area, with family-style seating, and access to the screened-in porch. Guests rave about the porch, as a great place to relax and enjoy the view of the private pool, or have a drink in the afternoon or evening. The main floor also features a powder room, as well as a master bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower stall. 

On the second floor, a generously-sized and well-appointed master bedroom with a king bed has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, a bathtub and separate shower stall. The wrap-around porch is a fantastic bonus, with plenty of comfortable furniture. Two more bedrooms on this floor share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom: One with a queen bed and the other with 4 twin bunk beds.  

The backyard at *Lifeguard Loop* is a huge hit with its private pool, which can be heated for an extra fee ($200/week or $25 per day for shorter stays). Families and folks traveling with pets appreciate the fact that the pool area is completely enclosed. Adjacent to the pool area is an outdoor shower, as well as a gas grill (propane). Guests also have access to the resort-style pool area with its 12,000 square foot pool! 

If you'd like to walk to the beach, it's less than a 10-minute stroll! Or you can use the free tram which takes you to the beach from March through the end of October! You can truly have it all at *Lifeguard Loop*!! We look forward to welcoming you all!

* RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY: *

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.
Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350 (up to $500 during spring break).
Pool Heating Charge is an additional and upon request at $150/week or $25 per day for less than 7 night stays
