This 3-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 7 and is located on the third floor, providing a bird's eye view of the area and even a little peak at the Gulf! Private beach access, 2 pools and so much more!

The sophisticated, open-concept feel to this condo makes for a welcoming and relaxing spot after a day on the beach! The kitchen features dark wood cabinets, granite countertops and a large Whirlpool stainless-steel fridge for all your treats and beverages! The breakfast bar has seating – and feel free to make it your cocktail bar if you prefer!

The living area at *30A Vistas* is decorated in a contemporary and comfortable style, accommodating for families or couples traveling together. The dining area features seating for 6, and beyond, the balcony has seating for 4. The covered balcony overlooks the Village, providing a great vantage point to enjoy live music and enjoy the beautiful views of 30A.

The master bedroom features a king bed, two comfy club chairs, balcony access, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom has been completely remodeled and has an enormous walk-in shower stall and lovely marble dual vanities, in addition to a convenient closet area.

Down the hall is a second king bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with a shower/tub combo and large counter with one sink. This bathroom is also accessible via the hallway. A separate bunk room has a double bed on the bottom and twin bunk up top – perfect for the kids!

The Village includes access to two community pools, and deeded beach access just a block away. Enjoy Peddler's Pavilion downstairs for entertainment, bike rentals, local restaurants, and coffee. This condo is located adjacent to Rosemary Beach and Seacrest Beach communities, with Alys Beach a short walk or bike ride away!

RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY;

•  A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

•  Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.

•  Balance of payment is due 45 days prior to arrival date

•  We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards

•  Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-10 days from the date of departure and after verification with

Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $250.

CHECK IN IS AT 5:00 PM AND CHECK OUT IS BY 9:00 AM

When Booking Online, you have the option to add trip insurance. The coverage has a list of cancelation reasons and we can provide links to that product's coverage prior to your booking with us so you know what it covers.
