This is truly a family compound (Sleeps 8), where you can be steps from the action, but also feel completely insulated with your own travel group. This 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom, quintessential beach cottage is very private. *Leo's Hideaway* is tucked away at the end of a long palm tree-lined driveway. Relax on the large screened porch overlooking your private pool, fenced back yard and Lake Pierna. Listen to the waves as you have coffee in the morning or watching the sunset. There are also gulf views from the porch!

Once inside the property, everyone will immediately find their own space and make themselves at home. It's easy to settle in, with everything at your fingertips in this open floor plan. Choose between a king bedroom with a dedicated full bathroom, two queen bedrooms, or a cool hidden bunk room in the hallway with two twin buns! There is an additional full bathroom accessible to the other bedrooms.

Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, FL in Laguna Beach, this beach cottage is proof that location means everything! 0.1 mile to the GORGEOUS emerald waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, 0.2 mile to Carousel Supermarket and 0.2 mile to Thomas' Donuts!

The living area is equipped with comfortable loungers and sofa, along with a 55" Smart TV. The living area leads out to the screened-in porch, which has more comfortable furniture and a dining table for four. The fully-equipped kitchen, which is completely open to the living area, has an island with 4 bar stools, so the whole gang can hang out while preparing snacks for the beach or dinner for the family.

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in
We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards
The NON-Refundable Pet Fee is $99 per dog.
Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-10 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $250.00
Cleaning fee is $249 ($349 for stays that are 3 weeks or longer)
