As you enter this light and bright home, guests will be warmly welcomed with inviting open-concept floor plan, highlighted with comfortable furniture and a modern beach theme. Everyone will immediately find their own space and make themselves at home. It's so easy to settle in, with everything at your fingertips. 

The living area is equipped with a spacious seating area, along with a 65" Smart TV. The living area leads to the dining area with a dining table which comfortably seats 6 guests. The fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances is completely open to the living area and dining area, and has a breakfast bar with 3 bar stools, so the whole gang can hang out while preparing snacks for the beach or dinner for the family.

Sleep like a king at Gus' Getaway in the bedroom of your choice! The generous king master bedroom has a dedicated full bathroom with a curved shower stall. The spacious king guest bedroom shares a full bathroom with the cool bunk room, which features a twin-over-full bunk.

The sunroom will become your family's favorite spot, whether for meals, happy hour or a card game with the whole gang! The sunroom is fully-heated and cooled, and it overlooks the sparkling pool and backyard. The backyard features a pergola, plenty of furniture to lounge by the pool, and a gas grill, too - ready for the grill master in your group!

Gus' Getaway also provides guests with generous extras, including: 4 backpack beach chairs and 2 umbrellas, 6 beach towels and lots of privacy!

*RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY:*

A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking
Deposits are fully refundable minus a 10% cancelation fee of the total rent if cancelations are made at least 61 days prior to check in. There are no refunds with less than 61 days prior to check in.

*** Additionally, any optional trip insurance purchased through Paradise Beach Rentals website at time of booking or through company agents is NOT refundable after it binds. That additional Trip Insurance premium binds after 14 days and would NOT be refundable 14 days after it has been added to the reservation.
Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

Security deposits are due via credit card, 7 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-10 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350.00
