This unique estate property has 7 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 18 guests. This vacation rental is perfect for all of your family and friends to get together under one roof; such as family reunions, retreats, weddings, private receptions, & anniversaries. This Victorian-style home has two master bedrooms on both ends of the estate, a game room with a ping pong table, and a newly renovated pool area complete with a spa and serene overhead lighting. ** Anything over 18 guests will be quoted separately .**

This private estate home is located in East Naples on 5 acres of private land.  A short drive from Vanderbilt Beach, Delnor-Wiggins State Park, The Mercato, Waterside Shops, Venetian Village, Fifth Avenue, Interstate 75, The Naples Zoo, Naples Botanical Gardens, historic Naples downtown 5th Avenue South, luxury shopping, fine dining, grocery stores including Whole Foods, as well as the Naples Pier and much more.

*Why visit Naples?* While there are many top-notch destinations for travelers visiting the state of Florida, Naples deserves a lot of attention. Located on the Gulf of Mexico in southwest Florida, Naples is well known for its beautiful beaches, variety of golf courses, and high-end shopping. And of course, you never have to worry about cold weather (even in January) when visiting Naples.

*SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS *

This luxurious Victorian-style estate features 8 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 20 guests.  The grand entrance opens up into the open & airy foyer that can be versatile for any event. A triple pane window with two sets of french doors with arched transom windows fill the entranceway with natural light and lead to the newly renovated pool area. The luxurious enclosed lanai has attached lighting above and includes a spa, 12 sun loungers, and a dining table for 6.  Inside the home, there are 2 large gathering rooms that can be customized to your needs, the living room area that seats 7, two separate dining tables, and a fully-stocked kitchen for dining in the comfort of your Private Country Estate.  There are two master bedrooms, one on the North side of the estate, and one on the South; both have access to the outdoor pool area. There is enough room for 10 couples to enjoy this home with 3 King beds, 3 queen beds, 3 twins, and a pull-out couch.  With 4 plasma TVs, a ping pong table, and the pool and spa there is no shortage of fun in this beautiful estate.

- Check-in time is at 3 PM. Earlier arrival can be accommodated for free based on availability.

- Check out time is 10:00 AM.

- Easy check-in & check out process. Not a long process like hotel accommodations, or meet us for the keys. Our properties all have smart locks, so you can check-in at any time by going right to the property and plugging in your code!

*WHAT'S INCLUDED IN EACH VACATION RENTAL*

*Welcome Basket *

Every rental receives a welcome gift basket which includes a number of essential items to get your stay started.  Our gift basket includes a roll of paper towels, a spare roll of toilet tissue (in addition to one new roll provided in each bathroom), a new kitchen sponge and detergent for washing the dishes, several laundry & dishwasher detergent pods, dryer sheets, kitchen trash bags, etc.  Several copies of our vacation guide are provided to give you ideas on places you can enjoy visiting while in Naples.  Also provided are some other thoughtful items like popcorn, coffee, lip balm, note pads, etc.   A single bottle of shampoo/conditioner is provided for those folks who either forgot to bring it or are here for a very short time and were not able to bring it with them in their carry-on luggage.  Hand soap is also provided at every sink.  The items provided are designed to get your stay started, but are not intended to last the duration of your stay. Guests staying longer than a couple of days are expected to purchase and replenish their own items that they consume.

*Toiletries*

In consideration of the environment, unlike the practice at many hotels - shampoo, conditioner, hand lotion, facial tissues, and other toiletries are not included.

*Cleaning Supplies*

Also, while there is generally a broom, dustpan, and vacuum available at each vacation rental, we do not provide cleaning supplies and cleaning tools at our vacation rentals. Your vacation rental will be professionally cleaned before you arrive and after you leave.  Mid-stay cleans can be arranged through our office for an additional charge.

*Bed Linens *A set of sheets, pillows, and a bedspread is provided for each and every bed in your vacation rental. When you arrive, the bed will be nicely made up of commercially laundered linens. We do not provide a second set of sheets or extra blankets.  Most properties come with two pillows per person per bed (variances do occur from time to time and are not guaranteed). The blankets on the beds provide adequate warmth for most visitors on the vast majority of days in Naples. On occasion, you may also find additional blankets folded on the shelves in the closets. Guests are encouraged to make use of blankets already in the property or purchase or bring their own extra blankets to suit their own comfort.  

*Towels*

One bath towel, one beach/pool towel, and one washcloth are provided for each guest in accordance with the maximum occupancy of the vacation rental unit. One bath mat and one hand towel are provided per bathroom. For the kitchen, two kitchen towels, washcloths, and oven mitts are provided in each rental.  

*Sleeper Sofa Linens*

If you are renting a property that has a full or queen-sized sleeper sofa, we will provide a sleeper sofa pack which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet, and a quilted blanket. The beds have plenty of pillows so please grab a pillow from a nearby bedroom for use on the sleeper sofa.

*Change of Linens*

Every vacation rental comes with a washer and dryer. Guests are welcome to launder linens themselves in the unit. Additional linens or a change of linens are available by request and at an additional charge.  

*Kitchen Gear*

Our kitchens are equipped with a variety of items generally used for simple everyday light meal preparation. Small appliances will always include a coffee maker and a toaster. Some of our owners provide additional small appliances like an electric kettle for boiling water and a blender. If there is something additional you would like to have please purchase it yourself. If you don't want to take it home with you, leave a note on it and our team will gladly donate it to a resale shop that supports a local charity. 

*CLEANING PROTOCOL*

Here at Naples Florida Vacation Homes, we not only professionally manage our vacation rentals, we professionally clean them too! In addition, out of an abundance of caution during this time, we've upped our cleaning procedures to make sure we're doing our part to keep everyone healthy and safe. Beyond our regular cleaning, here's what other measures we're taking:

- Our housekeeping team is taking extra time to thoroughly disinfect inside the vacation rentals, especially on frequently touched surfaces like doorknobs.

- We're providing extra cleaning supplies in the rentals if you want to do some extra cleaning upon your arrival. Hand soap is also provided at every sink! All of our sheets and towels are laundered off-site in our own commercial laundry facility which we control.

- We're using the highest temperature settings for water to wash and heat to dry.

- Just to be overly cautious, our team has been instructed to limit in-person contact with all guests. We've switched to video chats and phone calls
