Bask in the natural light streaming in from the windows atop the soaring 16' cathedral ceilings, and people watch from your private, top-floor balcony! This condo offers a supreme get-away spot to share with your family and friends (Sleeps 8)!

Completely remodeled and tastefully decorated, *Sun Daze* is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Rosemary Beach vacation home retreat! 

As guests enter *Sun Daze*, they'll be welcomed into the warm, open-concept living area, including a gourmet kitchen, fully-equipped with stainless steel appliances, large farmhouse sink, granite countertops and a breakfast bar that seats 3. A dining table just beyond seats an additional 6 guests. 

Moving further into the sunny living area is the beautifully-appointed living room, spacious and comfortable. A queen-sized sleeper sofa and side chairs provide a gathering place to enjoy the entertainment area which features an Ultra HD Smart TV. Off the living room, the walk-out balcony is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the views of Barrett Square while enjoying a cup of coffee or cocktail.

The generous master king suite at *Sun Daze* is off the living area, featuring an ensuite bathroom with dual vanities with granite countertops, a jetted bathtub and walk-in shower stall. Off the main hallway of the condo is a queen bedroom as well as a bunk room which sleeps 2 additional guests. Those two bedrooms share a hall bath with a shower/tub combo.

The bed linens are 100% Egyptian cotton, and towels are 18lb, 100% combed ring-spun cotton.

Rosemary Beach has 4 private pools, (one is heated), tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many boutique shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

The town of Rosemary Beach, located along the Emerald coast in Florida's panhandle, is a stunning example of new urbanism. Restaurants, coffee shop, book store, retail stores, art galleries, bank, post office, hair salon, fitness center, tennis center, 4 community pools, chapel and the beach - all in a walkable environment, accessible via a network of boardwalks and pathways create a true, livable beach community.

Guests will be given access cards to the beach and all four Rosemary Beach pools (including one indoor pool). Tennis courts, a fitness center and beach set-ups (chairs and umbrellas) are available on-site on a fee basis. There is also one reserved space for guests (parking pass provided).  Access to the building is secured.

*RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY*

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

• Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.

• Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

• We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards

• Security deposits are due via credit card, 3 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 7-14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens, or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350.00

• Cleaning fee is $249 ($349 for stays that are 3 weeks or longer)
