Upon entering this Rosemary Beach carriage house you will find a very open and large living space, queen bed, 2 twin bunks, a full kitchen (no oven) and full bath. The living room has a couch and two chairs that seat four guests comfortably to watch TV. There is a 40" 4K Smart HDTV mounted in the living area.

The linens are NEW and 100% cotton. The towels are NEW and 18lb, 100% combed ring spun cotton.

The bathroom features a custom line of organic shampoos and soaps for bathing needs. Also provided are two rolls of cottenelle tissue paper and hand soap dispenser.

A washer and dryer (in garage) as well as an iron and ironing board are provided at the Pet Friendly Carriage House in Rosemary Beach ! Two Bikes are also provided during your stay.  There is One (1) dedicated spot in the garage for parking for this carriage house. Guest parking hang tags are provided for street parking.  

Rosemary Beach has 4 private pools, (one is heated), tennis courts, fitness center, private beach, 2 large greens overlooking the Gulf, and many boutique shops and restaurants for your enjoyment.

The town of Rosemary Beach, located along the Emerald coast in Florida's panhandle, is a stunning example of new urbanism. Restaurants, coffee shop, book store, retail stores, art galleries, bank, post office, hair salon, fitness center, tennis center, 4 community pools, chapel and the beach - all in a walkable environment, accessible via a network of boardwalks and pathways create a true, livable beach community.

Guests will be given access cards to the beach and all four Rosemary Beach pools (including one indoor pool). Tennis courts, a fitness center and beach set-ups (chairs and umbrellas) are available on-site on a fee basis. 

This carriage house has everything you need for a great and relaxing vacation. The beach, plus all the dining, shopping and amenities Rosemary Beach has to offer are just steps away!

* RESERVATION / BOOKING POLICY *

•  A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking

• Except for any trip insurance purchased, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are made at least 14 days prior to check in; cancellations made 13 to 7 days prior to check in will receive back 50% of the total deposits; there are no refunds with less than 7 days prior to check in.

•  Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival date

•  We accept Visa, M/C & Discover credit cards

•  Security deposits are due, via credit card, 3 days prior to check-in and will be returned within 14 days from the date of departure and after verification with Paradise Beach Rentals that there are no additional charges due to damage, lost/damaged linens or excessive cleaning. Security Deposit is $350.
